In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Riding for the Disabled Association Top End Incorporated, end of year community celebration and International Day of People with Disabilities, at Marlow Lagoon.
