In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended and delivered the welcome address at the inaugural Irish Music Festival 2023 for the Northern Territory Irish Association, at the Darwin Ski Club.
