In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones, attended the Clubhouse Territory as Patron of Down Syndrome Association of the Northern Territory, All Abilities Basketball Challenge, at Palmerston Recreation Centre.
