In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, received outgoing Commanding Officer Captain Moses Raudino RAN CSC and incoming Commanding Officer Captain David Shirvington RAN, HMAS Coonawarra for a Courtesy Call.

In the evening, His Honour, accompanied by Ms Jones, addressed and presented at the 2023 Northern Territory Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker and Practitioner Excellence Awards, at DoubleTree by Hilton.
