In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones, received Mr Gulfan Afero, Consul, Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia to the Northern Territory and Mrs Oeke Gumiarni, accompanied by Mrs Nusiaga Putri for a farewell Courtesy Call.

Subsequently, His Honour, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Jones, attended the Probus Club of Darwin Christmas luncheon, at Darwin Turf Club.

In the evening, the Administrator and Ms Jones, as Joint Patrons of Darwin Community Legal Service, hosted a reception at Government House for the Northern Territory Human Rights Awards 'The Fitzgeralds'.
