In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron, and Ms Ruth Jones presented the Administrator's Cup at the bet365 Palmerston Sprint Day, at the Darwin Turf Club.
