In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended the ‘Darwin All Youth Conference 2023’ at the Darwin Entertainment Centre, aimed at supporting and empowering young Territorians.
