In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron, attended the launch of mirragma gunugurr-wa (bamboo raft) hosted by the City of Darwin, at Bicentennial Park.

In the afternoon, His Honour, as Patron, received Mrs Janette Jewell, Chair, Mrs Sue Shearer, Chief Executive Officer and Mr Steve Thomas, Home Maintenance Volunteer, Council on the Ageing (NT) for a Courtesy Call.

Subsequently, His Honour, as Patron, received Mr Adam Traugott, President and Mrs Samantha Fox, Chief Executive Officer of Surf Life Saving Northern Territory (Inc.) for a Courtesy Call.
