In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended a tour of the Darwin Men's Shed, in Casuarina.

Afterwards, the Administrator received the Honourable Natasha Fyles MLA, Chief Minister of the Northern Territory for a courtesy call, at Government House.
