In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended a visit to Jabiru Area School.  Subsequently, His Honour and Ms Jones travelled to the community of Gunbalanya, where they attended numerous tours, including Demed Aboriginal Corporation, meeting with students from Gunbalanya School, and viewed the new construction of the Gunbalanya Medical Centre.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Jones attended a guided tour of Ubirr to view the Rock Art with Mr Alfred Nayingal, Traditional Owner and Parks Australia.
