In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended and laid a wreath at the Palmerston College’s Anzac Day ceremony at the year 7 to 9 campus.

Subsequently, His Honour and Ms Jones received Ms Vicki Treadell CMG MVO, British High Commissioner to Australia for a courtesy call at Government House.

Afterwards, they received Mr Michael Hurren, Founder and President, and Bruce McKinley, Public Officer of Reeling Veterans for a courtesy call at the offices of the Administrator.

In the afternoon, the Administrator and Ms Jones hosted a roundtable discussion at Government House for the Academy of Health, a United States Care Policy Group, and Menzies School of Health Research.
