His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, and Ms Ruth Jones, undertook official travel to Katherine.

In the afternoon, His Honour, accompanied by Ms Jones, visited Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal, and attended tours and briefings of 17 Squadron Headquarters.

In the evening, the Vice Regal couple attended a welcome dinner at Royal Australian Air Force Base Tindal, hosted by Wing Commander Fiona Pearce, Senior Australian Defence Force Officer, Royal Australian Air Force.
