In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones received Mr Tokuda Shuichi, Consul-General of Japan, accompanied by Mrs Mariko Tokuda for a Courtesy Call at Government House.
