In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, presided over a meeting of the Executive Council. Subsequently, at the advice of the Executive Council, His Honour conducted the swearing-in of the Acting Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Commissioner, Ms Naomi Loudon.
