During the day, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended the Anglicare NT and Darwin Couch Surfing for Youth Homelessness Matters Day at Civic Park.

In the evening, His Honour and Ms Jones attended the Official Opening of the Deckchair Cinema for 2023 at the Darwin Waterfront.
