In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accompanied by Ms Ruth Jones,  presented Christmas treats to thank the front line staff of Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services, Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre, at the Peter McAulay Centre.

Subsequently, His Honour, accompanied by Ms Jones, presented Christmas treats to thank the front line staff of Palmerston Regional Hospital.

In the afternoon, the Administrator, as Patron, accompanied by Ms Jones, presented a Christmas cake to thank front line staff at Amber Northern Territory, at Harry’s Place.

Afterwards, the Vice Regal couple, presented Christmas treats to thank the front line staff at Pearl Retirement Resort Nursing Home, in Fannie Bay.
