In the afternoon, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended the 40th Anniversary Celebration of the Buddhist Society of the Northern Territory, at the International Buddhist Centre.
