In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones received His Excellency Mr Shingo Yamagami, Ambassador of Japan for a Courtesy Call.

Subsequently, His Honour and Ms Jones received Mr Richard Creswick, Chair of Remembering Cyclone Tracy Inc for a Courtesy Call.

In the afternoon, His Honour and Ms Jones received Her Excellency Mrs Marion Derckx, Ambassador of the Netherlands in Australia for a Courtesy Call.

In the evening, as Patron, the Administrator, accompanied by Ms Jones, attended the 2023 Northern Territory Young Achiever of the Year Awards Gala Dinner, where His Honour presented the award for the Northern Territory Young Achiever of the Year.
