In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, attended a tour and briefing of the Royal Australian Navy base HMAS Coonawarra including a luncheon hosted by Captain Moses Raudino CSC ADC, at Larrakeyah Defence Precinct.
