In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory and Ms Ruth Jones attended a flag raising ceremony to celebrate the 45th Anniversary of Self Government in the Northern Territory followed by an Australian Citizenship Ceremony, at Parliament House.
