In the morning, His Honour Professor the Honourable Hugh Heggie PSM, Administrator of the Northern Territory, as Patron and Ms Ruth Jones received Mr Aaron Chia, Chief Executive Officer and Mrs Lindy Williams, Senior Occupational Therapist, Guide Dogs SA/NT.

In the evening, His Honour, as Patron and Ms Jones hosted a reception for Surf Life Saving Northern Territory, to present the 2023 Administrator's Medal for Outstanding Service to Surf Life Saving in the Northern Territory.
