His Honour Officially Opens Glenti Darwin 2026

His Honour and Ms Sue Brosnan OLY extend their heartfelt thanks to Greek Community NT GOCNA President Mr Michael L. Koulianos and to the hundreds of volunteers whose months of planning, preparation and hard work helped deliver one of Darwin’s favourite cultural celebrations.

Behind every delicious plate of food, every vibrant performance and every smiling face throughout the two-day festival were volunteers who generously gave their time, energy and passion to make it all possible.

The Greek community of the Northern Territory continues to embody the values that make the Territory such a special place.

Glenti is more than a festival; it is a genuine and wholehearted celebration of community, friendship and culture, open for everyone to enjoy.
