His Honour met with incoming Chief of the Australian Army during his visit to Canberra

His Honour was pleased to meet with Lieutenant General Susan Coyle AM CSC DSM, outgoing Chief of Joint Capabilities Group and incoming Chief of the Australian Army, during his visit to Canberra.

Lieutenant General Coyle knows the Northern Territory well, having previously been posted to the region with her family. She spoke warmly of her time in the Territory and of the fond connections she has with Territorians.

His Honour congratulated Lieutenant General Coyle on her appointment and reaffirmed the Northern Territory's longstanding commitment to supporting the Australian Defence Force and Defence families. He looks forward to welcoming Lieutenant General Coyle back to the Territory in the near future.
