Jazz at the House

Jazz at the House brought music and joy to Government House on Saturday night, as His Honour and Ms Jones hosted a special concert and community reception.

The evening recognised the passionate volunteers, patronage groups and Territory musicians who contribute their talents to events across the Northern Territory. Featuring the outstanding 21-piece big band Dr V’s Swing Thing from Sydney, the concert was a tribute to the many community musicians who often support others’ performances but rarely have the opportunity to simply enjoy the music themselves. His Honour and Ms Jones extend their sincere thanks to all our Territory musical volunteers. Your dedication and generosity help foster connection and community through your music.
