His Honour together with Ms Jones had the pleasure of welcoming the Japan Maritime Self Defence Force frigate JS Noshiro and her crew to Darwin. With a strong bond formed with the Japan Self-Defense Force, the Administrator encouraged these visits to our beautiful Territory.
